Most apartments have a 2-night minimum. For stays of 7+ nights, you'll automatically get a 10% direct-booking discount. For 30+ nights, ask us for monthly rates.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, M-Pesa (Vodacom), Tigo Pesa, and bank transfer (CRDB Bank). All payments are processed securely with 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store your card details.

For most stays, full payment is taken at booking. For longer stays (14+ nights), we can split the payment 50% at booking and 50% on arrival. Just ask.

Listed prices are in USD. We can charge in TZS for guests paying with M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, or local bank transfer, at the daily mid-market rate. Standard check-in is 2:00 pm. Standard check-out is 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out are sometimes possible, just ask in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate.

You'll receive directions and a keypad code via WhatsApp 24 hours before arrival. No need to coordinate timing or wait for someone to meet you. If you'd prefer to be greeted in person, just let us know.

Yes, we work with a trusted local driver who knows the apartments. Approximate cost is $25 from Julius Nyerere International Airport. Just let us know your flight details.

Yes, we Zoom-test all our Wi-Fi setups regularly. Speeds are typically 25+ Mbps and we have a backup mobile data router if the main connection ever drops.

All our apartments have inverter backup that covers lights, fans, Wi-Fi, and phone charging during outages. AC is not on backup, but city outages are typically short.

Yes, every apartment includes free, secure on-site parking inside a gated compound. One spot per booking.

We consider well-behaved pets case by case, please ask before booking. There may be a small additional fee.

Yes, every stay includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, fresh towels, and a starter coffee/tea kit. Cleaning supplies and laundry detergent are also provided.

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in for direct bookings, full refund. Within 48 hours, the first night is non-refundable. Airbnb bookings follow Airbnb's policy as displayed at checkout.

Date changes are free if requested at least 48 hours before check-in and the new dates are available. Just message us on WhatsApp.
