Hi, we're Godlisten & Angelah.
We founded Perfect Home together, a couple who have spent years travelling the world for work, for family, and for the love of it. Somewhere between all those check-ins, on four continents, we started keeping notes: what makes a stay feel like home, and what quietly ruins it.
For Angelah, the turning point came after years of travelling for work. She was tired of arriving somewhere and finding the apartment didn't quite match the photos. Or the Wi-Fi didn't really work. Or there was a "surprise" fee at checkout.
So we built the kind of place we always wanted to find: clean, well-located, professionally managed, and exactly as advertised. No filters. No staging tricks. No hidden fees. Our ambition is simple, to offer the best accommodation experience in the country, shaped by everything our travels taught us.
Today we manage a small portfolio of apartments across Dar es Salaam, with new locations opening through 2026. Every guest gets direct access to us, the same standard of care, and the same promise: what you see is what you get.
